Transforming Liberia’s Early childhood Education Program

The Teacher Consultant Group Inc. model classes

The Teacher Consultant Group Inc. (TCG), in partnership with the AMK Foundation, is at the forefront of
transforming early childhood education in Liberia. Piloted by a bold vision and unwavering commitment, TCG has already upgraded two classrooms in Gbarpolu County—with a third underway—as well as two additional classrooms in Montserrado County. These classroom transformations are part of our ongoing initiative to raise Liberia’s early childhood education to international standards. The revitalized spaces are
now secure, supportive, and student-centered environments, designed to enhance engagement and academic achievement among young learners. Key upgrades include:

 Sturdy, long-lasting tables and chairs that replace old, unstable furniture

 Reinforced flooring that offers improved comfort and stability for both students and
teachers

 Walls adorned with colorful instructional posters and visual aids to create a more
vibrant and interactive learning space.

These upgrades go beyond infrastructure—they reflect a powerful shift in mindset and opportunity. Our classrooms now inspire children to become proactive, innovative learners in safe, supportive, and stimulating environments that lay the groundwork for lifelong success. This transformation is a testament to the commitment of TCG and the AMK Foundation to improving education in
Liberia—but we cannot do it alone. We invite donors, partners, and friends to join us as your support will help us provide more tools and spaces that our children need to thrive.

Together, we can reshape Liberia’s future—one classroom
at a time. Are you in?
