A conducive learning environment is a right, not a privilege.

A conducive learning environment is a right, not a privilege.

The faces of these children tell the story — they are the reason we do this work. Every child deserves a conducive learning environment. Every child deserves spaces where they can explore, learn, and grow.
Our schools must reflect the needs of children and the communities they serve.

Through sound policies and intentional leadership, these needs must be addressed. It is unacceptable — and unpatriotic — for our schools to fall short of meeting the needs of our students.
To whom much is given, much is expected. If we truly believe this, then we must provide the infrastructure, expertise, and resources needed to ensure equity for all children.
